Appointments/Cancellations

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.

To schedule an appointment please call us at 719-824-1591. We understand that your schedule may change and that emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice. Please extend us this courtesy so that other patients may be seen.

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call 719-824-1591 so that the physician on call can be contacted.

We provide 24-hour emergency coverage for all patients. If you have an emergency after office hours, call our office at 719-824-1591 or our answering service at 719-824-1591. The answering service will take your message and contact a covering physician immediately.

The RAB Dermatology accepts cash and personal checks as well as the following credit cards:

We make every effort to decrease the cost of your medical care. Therefore, we request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for your convenience. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them. However, payment is the patient's responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.
